Yeah, it was 90 minutes of yoga and it was TOUGH but we both made it through to the end. I have never done so many Warriors, Planks and Down Dogs in my life. Tonight is supposed to be Back and Legs+Ab Ripper X but hubby’s hamstrings are killing him so tonight we are doing the Stretch X and then tomorrow resuming the real exercise videos. We are doing pretty well with our diets-eating healthy but not necessarily sticking to the P90X diet. I still haven’t figured out what to cook for tonight’s supper.
I might POAS when we get home. I’m on CD28 with no signs of AF. I don’t really think I’m pregnant but I’d like to be able to drink with a completely clear conscience.
